Privacy policy
Short version: this site does not track you, has no accounts, and keeps nothing you type into it. If you email us, we use what you send to answer you.

Who we are
This website, dresfase.com, is operated by DRESFASE INC, a Mississippi corporation with its registered address at 521 Avalon Avenue, McComb, MS 39648 (“Dresfase,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the site or write to us.
What this site collects
The site has no user accounts, no shopping cart, and no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not set cookies for tracking or marketing.
The contact form does not send anything to our servers. When you press the button, your browser opens your own email app with a message addressed to contact@dresfase.com. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email yourself.
Like nearly every website, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address and standard request information. Google’s own privacy policy governs that information.
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, project details, and any plans or photographs. We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, coordinate an order you place with us, and keep reasonable business records.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed to do what you have asked, for example:
- with an appliance manufacturer or distributor to place an order or register a product on your behalf;
- with delivery, installation or haul-away providers we coordinate for your project;
- with your designer, builder or installer, when you ask us to work with them;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and order records for as long as they are useful for serving you, supporting warranty and service questions, and meeting tax and legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to contact@dresfase.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive financial information such as full card numbers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
